Project Manager (m/f/d) - Ispra, Italy

Challenge:

Our client is a technology consultancy with an international presence specialized in SAP Business One, a business management software (ERP) solution that is globally related, accessible and easy to use, designed specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). In addition, it has more than 50 complementary applications, developed by Seidor Business One experts, who will respond to each and every one of the specific needs of your company or sector.

Profile:

·     Project management experience, ideally in European projects, including standards, methodologies, ideally RUP and SCRUM, and related tools, ideally those used by the Commission ( JIRA; Stach/Git, Bamboom);

·      Knowledge of Vehicle and CO2 related EU policies, technologies, tools and typical datasets in order to support the implementation and steering of the VECTO, WLTP, and VELA-related exercises; 

·   Good knowledge of standard and agile Software Engineering methodologies, and the capability to apply them in multi-membered software development groups; 

·   Good knowledge on the project software technicalities (code quality metrics, simulation and engineering algorithms, statistical and sensitivity analysis and accompanying reporting methods, data manipulations and exploration techniques, and preferably relational or NoSQL databases, Python .Net, Matlab and other mainstream computer languages and systems);

·       Very good capacity in preparing and writing technical documents in English, draft reports and give presentations;

·       Ability to work in an international, multi-cultural environment and to participate in multi-lingual meetings with good communications skills;

·       Rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team with Leadership capability; 

·       Ability to apply high-quality standards to all tasks.
